62-year-old City of Savannah employee, Peter Solomon, was killed in a “fatal work-related accident on Wednesday,” January 9, 2019, according to The Savannah Morning News.
Chatham County authorities told WJCL 22, “[Mr.] Solomon was pressure washing a large tractor-type of equipment with a blade when it moved forward and ran over him.”
